July 2020 Goals

It’s been awhile since I’ve written a goals list but I figured I should start it up again!

How crazy is it that we’re more than half way through the year already?! That’s insane! But I hope the end of 2020 and the start of 2021 will be better.

July 2020 Goals;

  • Start meditating again
  • Manage anxiety
  • Practice gratitude
  • Manage bills
  • Ship out packages
  • Sort through me and Tums clothes
  • Prep for move
  • Blog at least once a week
  • Read 2 books

Our lease ends a bit earlier than we thought so prepping for packing is pretty important this month; especially since I think I’m going to get rid of (most) things that don’t spark joy and it’s gonna be tough, I already know.

This years [onelittleword] is wellness and I need to get back on track to find what works for me and how to achieve wellness. I need to find the things that make me happy and feel balanced, especially since I don’t particularly enjoy living in Texas. I need to build myself back up after being knocked down by postpartum depression. And I still have a long way to go!
